Our methodology has led to successful projects for our customers which, in turn, has lead to customer loyalty. We wouldn’t be in business today if we had not put our customer and their needs first. So, what are our “three steps to success” and how would we apply it to you?
Step 1: Discover & Define
What do you need? What are your goals? Let’s sit down (or discuss on the phone) exactly what you are trying to achieve. Is it a new design for you website? Is it improved SEO? Whatever your needs are we are here to listen and take notes. We will assemble a list of goals that are to be achieved from the project.
Once we have an clear idea the high level goals, we get to work and break things down into a scope of work with details of how we will achieve your desired end result. The scope of work will be refined until we are both satisfied and have an understanding of what will be done to meet the goals of the project.
Step 2: Develop & Certify
With a scope of work in hand, we design a plan to complete each item within the scope. This is where we get into the details of the scope of work. We break things down even further with a clear vision of the goal at hand. These are the details that the customer may or may not understand but are needed to meet the goals of the project.
With the details now in hand, it’s time to get to work and start designing, coding, or refining the site per the project requirements. This is done behind the scenes in a development environment so that you and our team can see the work in progress. You will be involved every step of the way because your input is critical. Your satisfaction is our number one goal.
Step 3: Deliver & Support
From beginning to end, we will be testing and certifying every aspect of the project. When we go live, we want to make certain everything is working as expected. You will confirm that everything is working before we take anything live. What do we do once we are comfortable that we have met the goals of the project? We go to the final step.
The goals of the project have been met in development, you are happy, we are happy so we go live. The work is now live and the world can see the results of our work. Are we done? No, we are not. Things will always come up that need fine tuning and we are here to take care of any bugs or issues that may arise. It’s not over when it’s over.
