Outlook or Outlook Express for Windows
Take these steps one at a time and proceed to the next step if intructions do not resolve your problem.

1. Have you tried to close and re-open Outlook?

2. Have you tried to reboot your computer?

3. Have you checked your website to see if it is functioning?
(only applies to clients that have hosting with us)

If these three simple checks did not resolved your issue, please see screenshots for further help. Screenshots shown are for Outlook Express on Windows 2000.

1. Go to Tools then select E-Mail Accounts...

2. Select View or change existing e-mail accounts, then click on Next >

3. Click and highlight your account, which should look like mail.yourdomain.com.

4. Click on Change.

5. A new window pops up with your account information. Please take a moment and make sure that everything is correct.

6. Click on More Settings...

7. A new window pops up. Check the General tab, then click on the Outgoing Sever tab and make sure that your settings are identical to this.

8. Let's not worry about the Connection tab.

9. Click on the Advanced tab.

10. The only thing we're checking here are these two fields. Make sure the top one is on 110 and the one below it is 25.

11. Hit OK and close out of all of those windows and give it whirl. If you are able to RECIEVE but NOT SEND, trying going back in that last window and changing that number 25 to 587 as shown.

12. If none of these steps resolved your problem, please give us a call at 888.398.4747 or 213.593.1090 and we would be happy to assist you.

We will be adding more to this page as new issues arise, thank you for your patience.
