PHP/MySQL Developer. Candidate to a have 2-3 years in programming PHP and MySQL. Must be comfortable working with MySQL and have a good understanding of the development process. Successful candidate will need to be a team player who can work individually as well. The ability to show initiative through creative thinking and problem solving is a must. Must be efficient and able to multitask while meeting customer deadlines. Must also be able to learn and adapt quickly. Must be able to communicate effectively, document code and write reports on daily activities. Must understand e-commerce systems. Automotive interest is a plus.

Web/ Graphic Designer:

Job Description Web/Graphic Designer. Candidate to have 1-3 years of experience in web design, Flash design, and preferably print design experience. Designer will work closely with Web Development team as well as clients. Designer will be responsible to design and produce from concepts to implementation websites, graphic interfaces, interactive projects and print advertisements. Designs should be original and should incorporate elements of visual appeal, usability, and navigation. Designer must be an excellent team player and demonstrate strong creative design skills, as well as dedication and desire.

Job Requirements
FLASH EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE IS REQUIRED
Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator, Fireworks, Flash (additional design software is a plus)
Solid web layout and design skills with an emphasis on user-centered design principles.
Strong skills in typography, layout, color theory, and corporate branding.
Strong understanding of Web Design conventions and best practices.
Understanding of how design affects site performance and load times, and how to optimize.
Strong creative and visual skills with an eye for detail. Good Illustrative skills a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently as well as with a group.
Ability to work in a team environment, as well as alone once the project objectives have been defined
Ability to be resourceful, organized and manage deadlines
Must be passionate about their work and produce quality work
Must be able to work quickly
